Background
Dama Soccer Academy (‘DSA’) is a football academy based in Windhoek, Namibia.
DSA has approximately 70 youth players made up of U 13, U 15 and U 17 junior players.
DSA plans to introduce U 11 and U 19 in the year 2023. The academy’s founders and its coaching staff invest both personal funds and time in
running the academy.
Since its formation, the academy has had no official sponsor and solely relies on the contributions of the founders, who are passionate about football development and the well-being of the youth players.

Mission
To have a very professional academy with state-of-theart training equipment suited to develop and groom young professional football players.
Vision
To produce at least one to three professional players to compete in the top European leagues, every five years. For the players that do not make it to Europe, to be placed in the top African leagues, i.e South Africa, Egypt.
